Problem updating payment method for iCloud

I can get all the way to the end of the process after filling in my card information, then i click ‘done’ and i get the error message as seen in the screenshot. It says that I must type my iCloud password, however it does not provide a space for me to do so. If i click done again the same screen appears. If i click back then it deletes my information. Please help?

If you’re continually getting that error, I suggest trying the steps below:


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


You may want to try changing your payment method from the Apple ID website.
