Hi,
I've justo bought a new iphone 11 and sometimes I see a green section onthe screen. If I change wallpapers the green band disappear.
For now I simply reboot the device and the problem seems solved. Have I to worry about?

When you say you reboot, do you:
Tap and quickly release volume up button
Then tap and quickly release volume down button
Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until the Apple logo appears, then let go.
If this is not what you are doing, then you are more likely doing a forced restart. Do what I outlined above.
Does this happen with other wallpaper or just this one wallpaper?
With other wallpapers as well
