Unless there is a specific reason you want to purchase in an Apple Store,
you can search other stores online for availability near by. I have seen
some of the 128 GB in stock in nearby Best Buy stores where I live.
Just search the popular stores nearby that sell iPhones.

Apple.com asks if you want to add a second card/payment method. So yes you can.
So i can split the price of Iphone 11 on 2 credit cards?
Usually online payments will not be split.
After you put the first card in, you will see “split payment with a second card” link appear. Select that to add a second card, and carefully input how much to put on each.
