I am being charged 13.38 two times per month for iTunes. Why and how do I make it stop?

I am being charged twice a month for iTunes. 13.38 each payment. How do I cancel?

The article includes all places to check if the charge is a hold or verification that will be refunded, comes from a subscription, as well as other information. It also talks about contacting AppleCare to ask for a refund if there is a mistake.
