Trouble opening iTunes Store and App Store

Hi,

im Using an iPhone 8plus and just updated my phone to iOS 13. Does anyone else have a problem opening ‘app store’ and ‘itunes’? For me it just says loading and nothing comes up. Does anyone know the solution to this? Thanks guys
