Find my Friends

Hi guys, I was hoping someone will be able to help me. I have the iPhone XR and just updated my phone to IOS 13. I used to be able to use find my friends, but after this update, it uninstalled from my phone and said "This app requires specific features not available on this device" Is there any way I can get it back? I'm not sure what to do. I tried shutting my phone off hoping for the best but it didn't work lol. Please help!!
