e peoples section

I am using iOS 13 but I can’t get the peoples section of the new “find my “ app and also I can’t download the find my friend app it says this app requires specific features

The find my friends app has been discontinued I believe as it was merged with find my Iphone.

Also can you post a screen shot of your FMIP app? You should see find my friends.
