iOS 13- Apple ID grayed out

Hello, I just got the new iPhone 11 and have finished transferring all the info into this new phone, but for some reason my Apple ID/ iCloud is grayed out. Anyone else have this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


If you find a Screen Time restriction that you can't remove, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
