How often does it happen that Shazam identifies the wrong artist and song? Just happened to me.

What's Up With Shazam??? I have been using Shazam for a long time and never had a problem. Today, I went to check its history for a song I liked and I saw song titles written in a foreign language- like Greek or similar? I saw the song I was looking for, but also several that I know weren't played - in the same foreign language. Does anyone have a fix? Hoping, thank you.

Is there somewhere to report songs misidentified by Shazam? I tried Shazaming the opening credit music for the FX series Mrs. America. Shazam sometimes indicates that it cannot identify the song (the phone mic is held near the TV speakers and there is no significant competing ambient noise in the room). Sometimes it misidentifies the song as some more modern-ish ambient music (the opening credit music is decidedly electronic disco from the early 70s). I have since learned that the song is "A Fifth of Beethoven" by Walter Murphy. Is there somewhere this misidentification can be reported? How to report a song wrongfully uploaded under an artist? I was browsing the band Japan’s discography and noticed that they had a recent single—strange considering they disbanded for good decades ago. Listening to the single, “Freestyle”, it had no resemblance to the band’s other works nor did it sound like any of the original members had collaborated on it. Looking elsewhere, I found no evidence that the single was related to the original band, leading me to believe it was fraudulently uploaded under their name. Although I cannot think of any previous examples of this happening at the moment, I am almost certain I have seen it happen with other artists. I don’t know if Apple’s background checking is not sufficient or it was just a simple mistake, but something is definitely wrong here.

Yes, it is. Been for a year now, and when opening up Shazam help it goes to Apple.
