Headphone and charging adapter

Need a headphone/charger adapter that will allow charging for iphone xr on port one of the splitter adapter while simultaneously allowing full capabilities of mic controlled earbud on port two. ports using lightning connections

No Adaptor for iPhone 11 I recently bought iPhone 11. I am very disappointed not to find any charger adapter or headset. As far I knew, apple don’t provide these items with iPhone 12. But I had no idea that they do this with 11 as well. This is disappointing for a new customer of the product as I don’t have old charger adapter that goes with iPhone 11 cable.

Apple made adapters Does Apple make an adapter plug (for iphone 10XR) for headphones with single pin (round not flat?) I have bought other adapters made by Belkin and others and these do not work for more than a few days/times. I would also like to know if Apple will ever make an adapter of the same kind as described above that has the option to charge the iphone at the same time? Thanks.
