Billed twice for iPhone purchase

Hello, Apple billed me twice for the same transaction. I paid for purchase online but then guy at store scanned IMEI and may have incurred secondary charge?

There are currently two authorization/pending charges ($800 each). I thought transaction holds would be for a nominal amount ($1).

Should I be concerned? First charge happed on 21st September, followed by second charge 23rd September. Should I contact my credit card company or Apple?
