I deleted all pics and videos from an old iphone. is there a way i can get them back? PS i didnt have icloud when I deleted them

When you delete photos and videos they don't go away immediately, they are move to an "recently deleted" album. You can recover them from there. If you also deleted them from there then they are gone forever.

If you deleted them and don't have a backup to restore from then they are all gone.
