FaceTime calls at 2 AM

I have several text groups for various family members. We are getting random group FaceTime calls at 2 AM that generate from various people's phones from within those groups. It switches up and there is no consistency. I even switched FaceTime off in settings and still received a few calls last night between 2 AM and 2:35 AM. It only rings once or twice, but that's enough to disrupt sleep. How can we make this stop?
