I purchased a 1 month subscription to app called Elevate brain training. I have enabled family sharing, but my family members are being asked to pay?

How to I share this app without family members paying as well?

Sharing doesn't include subscriptions. See the following from What types of content can I share with my family using purchase sharing? - Apple Support

Purchase Sharing doesn't include subscriptions. But if you use Family Sharing, you can share your Apple Music family subscription, and your iCloud storage and Apple News+ subscriptions, with your family members.

I did see “in-app purchases cannot be shared with family members” in my screenshot. My question is why can I can’t share this app subscription as I have with HBO subscription. What is the difference in a monthly subscription of HBO and a monthly subscription of Elevate that indicates is eligible

for family sharing?

I also have an HBO subscription and it can be shared. Is this a different type of subscription?

HBO can be subscribed to directly through HBO, through iTunes, and other ways so the rules may be different.

Thanks. I subscribed through the iTunes Store for HBO and assumed that Elevate would also be included in family sharing as indicated in the app description. Both appear in my subscription lists.
