Alarm volume on iPhone11

Can I change the volume of alarms on my iPhone 11, without change the volume of the ring tone?

I need my ringer to be loud due to the nature of my work environment, but my alarm quiet so as not to wake up my whole family when I get up!

Is it possible change the volume on an individual alarm? I just got my very first iPhone, the iPhone 12 Pro, after years of having only Samsung phones. I specifically miss the ability to set alarms to begin ringing softly and gradually getting louder that I had on my last Samsung phone, the Galaxy S10. I imagine there is a way to do this on my new phone, but I just can't find it. Also curious how to turn off and snooze alarms when the minimized screen shows, it seems to only snooze.

Possible options are...Adjust the volume on iPhone - Apple Support

Important: Clock alarms, audio apps such as Music, and many games play sounds through the built-in speaker, even when iPhone is in silent mode. In some regions, the sound effects for Camera, Voice Memos, and Emergency Alerts are played, even when the Ring/Silent switch is set to silent.
