Can’t get iCloud photos to my iPad

I have iCloud all set up on my iPad and I know that my photos go to the cloud because I can see them on my pc, but can’t get to them on my iPad any idea.

Well this could be several things.

The first things I would check each device sign-In and photo setting

“Set up...” is only a small part of what’s required.

Is your iPad on Wi-FI?
Has it been plugged in to power while on Wi-FI?
Is Settings > Photos > iCloud Photos =“On”?
”I can see them on my PC” ... exactly how do you access them there? Are you using iCloud for Windows?
