Can’t get iCloud photos to my iPad

“Set up...” is only a small part of what’s required.

• Is your iPad on Wi-FI?
• Has it been plugged in to power while on Wi-FI?
• Is Settings > Photos > iCloud Photos =“On”?
• ”I can see them on my PC” ... exactly how do you access them there? Are you using iCloud for Windows?

Well this could be several things.

It may take a while to initially place iCloud photos on your iPad.

It helps to have the iPad plugged in to power. And it should certainly be on a wi-fI network.
