My phone is saying i need to get a subscription to iTunes match or itunes plus so how do i do it

Hello,
iTunes Match and Apple Music are completely voluntary. You are not required to get either one. Here is some information about both:
Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC
To stop the pop up from happening if you do not want to subscribe:
Settings > Music > Show Apple Music > turn off
