Can’t play songs in Apple Music

I literally just signed up for Apple Music after I bought my iPhone 11 and every time I try to play a song in Apple Music I get this pop up that says “you’re already an Apple Music member” and I click “ok” but it still won’t let me play or download anything! I’ve already tried signing out and back into iCloud and iTunes and closing the app and restarting my phone but nothing works

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on  and Turn on “Show Apple Music
