I have an iPhone xr and since I got it I’m unable to send or receive group texts. I’ve googled it and tried turning off messaging ,restarting my phone , and turning it back on. Enabling mms and sms messages. I’m at a loss? It’s always worked on my iPhone 8 .

Hay someone that knows MMS and SMS.
The iPhone will try to send the recipient if can using iMessage the others go through MMS I believe.
are you able to send and receive iMessages?
If so I would contact your carrier, they handle MMS and SMS
