Hey, I consulted an apple support guy and he told me it’s normal. I also did my research and found out that the problem may be caused by the DARK MODE. If u have it turned on just turn it off and please let me know if there’s a difference cus there was for me.

I also agree for your put forth heating problem and much more issue which iphone should solve compare to other brand mobiles as , it should have auto cutoff battery charging as it gets completed , as it’s serious issue of safety of mobile and its user.

iphone lacks in many issues like .. terrestrial FM Radio Is not present, no voice recording while over call is on , in night vision still more brightness is required to shoot photos this facility is required in auto mode.

Let hope company should come with solutions.

Please if your in india please update your phone during 1200 night to morning 5am ,so no intreption of signal so Full update is needed ,also will surely solve your mobile heating issue.

Revert back if needed.

If you’re any mobile app ,not been updated properly due to lack of data speed mobile frequently will get heats up while running Facebook/instagram/or any application.

In case of game- mobile heating is app + mobile hardware issue . Which it may be struggling to overcome.

For both Please remove any body case cover if you’re using to observe for 30-60 minutes.

While doing update please check it on all backgrounds app click on and do on systems setting software update during midnight period on router wifi system.

So take care and be safe with your mobile.

I Bought Iphone 11 in Jan 2020. On March 11, I visited the authorized service dealer with the complaint of over heating of phone but they couldnt find any fault. However the problem continued. On 13th Aug 2020, the phone showed Temperature warning twice. I visited the store again and they say that it needs repair. Is it normal for an iPhone to get heated to the level that it can burn the skin? That too a new phone. As an user, I am dissatisfied with the fact that a new phone needs repair.

The video feature is also problems. Charging is taking time.

of all the things, I am not sure if these heat rays will cause some long term health issue

I recently had the same problem. My iPhone 11 start heating up fast and got a very high temperature and also got a temperature warning in the screen. When it happens the phone just had 1 month and 3 days after the purchase. So, because it is under warranty, I went to the authorized support service and now I'm waiting for the diagnostic. When I asked the support person if they have seen that problem before, they answered that they have not. I hope they replace by a new one as it had just 1 month of use.
