all of my music disappeared

I got the new update for my iphone, and i opened apple music and all of my music disappeared, can someone help me get it back ?

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on and Turn on “Show Apple Music

in Settings- Genera l- Reset - Reset Network Settings
Restart your iOS device (until the Apple logo appears)

Visit to see if there are interruptions in service in your country or region.the Apple System Status page

thank you so much , i have another question...

ive been trying to upgrade my storage plan but every time i click on buy and put my icloud password it tells me “Cannot connect to iCloud” and i dont know what else to do.
