And it is just iPadOS not iPadOS 13.

Thanks for your reply but now is Singapore time 6.20pm but there’s no sign of this iPadOS Update, I wonder why?

Oh I see, yes the time difference which means around nighttime then I’ll be able to update to iPadOS, thanks for letting me know 😅
