I have updated my XR with IOS 13. After that I receive update for my watch series 4 - 44mm. I updated it and after that I'm unable to receive message,whatsapp,mail,outlook or any other app notification except health. I only receives activity notifications. I also did unpair and repair, but same result nothing is change. Also check notification in watch app is on, tone is on and hepatic is on.

I found something that worked folks. It sounds ridiculous (and it is) but If you do it in that exact order (Watch = OFF --> Phone = OFF --> Phone = ON --> Watch = ON) your notifications will return. It worked on all three of my phones and watches in the house. Sounds stupid, I know but it works.

Done these solutions at list thrice, but it didn't work for me.
This works for me --> do it in that exact order (Watch = OFF --> Phone = OFF --> Phone = ON --> Watch = ON)
I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. If still having issues Unpair your Watch and repair it.
Already done. No changes, same result.
I have had to unpair and then repair my watch to my phone twice to get the notifications back.
