Air Pods not connecting properly

My AirPods constantly lose connection with my phone. I have paired them again. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello,

Start with a full reset: Reset your AirPods

Otherwise it could be wireless interference: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
