Why Hong Kong is not included in the Apple Arcade testing

Here are the details of what is supported where so far: Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support. One presumes they will want to roll out to more regions when they can. Apple tend to be tight lipped about their plans, so I don't think you'll get an answer from them. They'll choose when and whether to release more information.

You can see that for APAC only China, Hong Kong, and Macau is not getting the Apple Arcade.. It's pretty obvious if you connect the dots..
