iWatch 3 and health app

I have iWatch 3, following the 12.4 update 1) Health app would stop counting steps time to time, out of sync as much as 5000 steps. No longer mirrors watch, app would not update numbers. 2) following the IOS 13 update the Health app reduced weekly and monthly step history by more than 10% and yearly history more than 15%. Is a fix coming? Tried several suggested fixes that were posted; reboot, check motion/walking, etc. Prior to updates watch and iPhone 8 matched perfectly and weekly, monthly and yearly counts updated in sync. Anyone having same problem? Is a fix in the works? Will fix recover and correct activity history? Is there another app out there that would mirror iWatch?

Hey jerryfromcharlestown,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're seeing some discrepensies when looking at the Health data on your iPhone compare to your Apple Watch. I definitely understand wanting the same, and accurate information across both devices, and I'm happy to help.

Sounds like you've done a lot of great troubleshooting already, so awesome job there! If you haven't already done so, let's unpair, and then re-pair your Apple watch with the steps here: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

I also recommend making sure you've updated to iOS 13.1, this link can help with updating: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Thanks again, and have a great day!
