Hi there, kaushalpandya!
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're trying to use the VoLTE feature provided by both your carriers, but are unable to do so from your iPhone (even though the option works in an Android using your SIM cards). I'm happy to help!
First, make sure that you have the VoLTE setting enabled on your iPhone. To do this, head into Settings > Cellular (Mobile) > Cellular (Mobile) Data Options. To use VoLTE, the "Voice & Data" option needs to be on: Make phone calls with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) - Apple Support. Once enabled, your iPhone may not show VoLTE in the status bar, but may simply display 4G or LTE. You should still be able to use the VoLTE feature if your carrier(s) support it, though.
If Voice & Data is enabled in Settings and you are still unable to make VoLTE calls from your iPhone, I'd recommend the following steps. Perform the steps in order, testing between each:
- Force close the Phone and Settings apps: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
- Check for, and install, any available iOS updates for your device: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
- Check for, and install, any available carrier settings updates: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
- Back up your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and then reinstall the iOS software. You can do that by using the "Reinstall iOS" section of If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. (Even though the title of this article is not related to your issue, the reinstallation steps are what we're after. Those don't change).
More information on the LTE options can be found here: About the LTE options on your iPhone - Apple Support.
Best!
