How do I fix this? Its been like that for almost a day now

1: Turn off your phone and restart that.
2: You can do it from itunes ( of course you must back-up)

You need to be connected to wifi in order to update over the air.
I was when I opted to update last night
It got stuck on update requested. Is this a general issue?
