Can anyone advise from where I can download Books versions of iPadOS 13 and IOS13?

Download book to my ipad Purchased an online book from bookbug but do not know how to download it on to my iPad.... please advise

Book app shows all the books if you click on the search button by typing the book you need. You can even check the collections area on the library part of app. iTunes can also have books if search from help menu.
