Music is not added or downloaded to Apple Music.

Music is not added or downloaded to Apple Music. Free space (memory) 30 GB. It happened after the update on iOS 13. After the update on 13.1, nothing has changed

Try refreshing things by:

Signing out of the iTunes Store and then signing back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on  and Turn on “Show Apple Music”


Check other settings:

Settings > Music > Optimize Storage and be sure the option to Optimize Storage is disabled - if you don’t want this
