Undelete voicemail.

Prior to the latest iOS 13 update, there was an option to undelete voicemail you

might have deleted in error or accidently. I'm not sure how a voicemail I received got deleted.

I tried to find the option to undelete in the folder “Deleted Messages.”  The option was there before the iOS 13 update.  

The option is no longer available.  How can the voicemail be undeleted from the deleted folder and be placed back in the “Voicemail” folder?
