Unable to sign into face time

Question

I am unable to sign into imessage and face time with my Apple ID. It keeps on saying TRY AGAIN LATER, ID COULD NOT BE VERIFIED. What should i do?

I am still unable to log in to i message and face time. I went through the article but all the listed things are fine in my ipad.
