Can i use a credit card from an other country in spain!?

Can add to the wallet credit card from different countrys!?

i am in spain and want to add my credit card from argentina!?

Yes!

i hace the phone region spain and when i tryed it says it is not possible to add... therefore i changed region tonargentina and when i try to open the wallet app it says ERROR
