stuck onestimating time remaining

hello all, i was updating my iphone 7 plus to the ios 13 and it’s stuck on “ estimating time remaining”, 5 days passed and it’s still stuck on that. i tried booting, turning off everything and reseting settings and network. i really want to fix this?

Have you tried using iTunes yet?
