Apple watch timer app. It's possible to delete it but there doesn't seem to be a way to reinstall it. It's not on the iphone or watch app store, and its not considered an app that can be reinstalled in the watch app on my iphone.

I’m wondering if the Timer just isn’t actually installed in the first place....I don’t remember deleting but I don’t have it either. Also why can we delete the Timer but not the Stopwatch or World Clock Or Stocks...?
I did the same thing. To fix it I erased the content on my watch in setting and they paired it back to my phone restored from backup and it came back on. That’s all that worked for me because it’s not in the App Store

Reset your Home Screen layout. Settings/General/Reset/Reset Home Screen Layout.
Thanks for the advice, I did that and it didn’t work. All the apps rearranged, and after looking through them I could not find the timer app. I verified this by asking Siri to set a timer, after which Siri responded “ You don’t have the timer app installed“ and then gave me the option to search the App Store for a timer app, which I can’t find.
