Unable to cancel HBO subscription?

I clicked off the auto renew for HBO on 9/12. I received a confirmation email asking if I meant to do this and saying HBO would be unavailable after 9/18 unless I renewed my subscription. This evening, 9/24 I got charged again. I logged into iTunes again to cancel this subscription for the second time. Any chance of getting a refund?

  1. On your computer, go to HBONOW.com and sign in.
  2. In the top-right corner, choose Settings and then Billing Information.
  3. Turn Auto-Renew back on.
