Go to Settings/Messages & FaceTime and sign out. Restart the device and try to remove the address you want removed. If successful, sign back into Messages/FaceTime.
Did you click the red button on the left to remove the gmail address? You can't remove the @iCloud.com.
The iCloud address is part of your Apple ID and can't be removed.

It has not red color button.i will click the right side button then get a message “ur email address cannot removed .goto iMessage and facetime setting.” But i change setting but couldn’t remove the icloud address.
Its not my icloud address. Another person use my apple id to do some work in his phone. But now he use his apple id. This icloud adress was not mine. As i want to remove it. I think its alias address .
