Mr. Burger, my post from September referred to one of the many issues that iOS 13 had at launch. The solution came obviously with the new quick updates.

It is a big difference bt polls and a real issue, and the fact that i reply so late can have many reasons. As a say problem solved, sry for late replay. Chill !
