Can’t open PDF files received as Cisco Jabber files
I am receiving pdf files in Cisco jabber format and I am unable to open and sign then as I used to before upgrading to iOS13

No, unfortunately. I had to delete the Cisco Jabber entirely from my phone before I was able to open pdf documents and be able to sign them again.
