MDM API & documentation

i have the same problem.... nothing found... only the presentation about MDM on iTunes from the WWDC2010.

In a webinar from MobileIron it was stated by the presenter that this information is only available at the moment for Mobile Device Management SW solution providers. Whatever this means...

Has somebody any other information?

do you know if a company subscriber (99 $/year) is sufficient or we need the iPhone Developer Enterprise Program (299 $/year) and limited to the company with 500 or more employees and a DUNS number to apply ?

I'm in the Enterprise program and I can't find anything special for the MDM info. Maybe I'm not looking int he right area. I hope this isn't another "3rd party opportunity". I thought Apple learned their lesson on this in the 90's when that was the answer to everything.

We also are looking for some information and can not come up with anything. Anyone else heard anything at this point?

This has to do with OTA enrollment which has been well documented since iPhone OS 3. What I am interested in is the MDM payload specific server configurations. How to configure a server to respond to PushMagic with iOS 4.

I have tried directly asking the ADC how I become a Mobile Device Management expert? In addition to 25 years of development experience I hold a ACSA. I am disappointed that the answer is to point me at the Enterprise site and it becomes a circular argument. I am also disappointed that long time developers such as myself are now locked out of Enterprise level material if we don't work for a company with 500 employees. If that is the case, how did these startups get access to a Enterprise level MDM SDK?

I can tell you that even companies in the Enterprise Developer Program don't have access to a MDM SDK so...

I'm interested to MDM API too.
I'd like to develop my own MDM Server, but I can't find any documentation about it.

Please let me know in case someone have some relevant information.

same question here. it seems there are several 3rd party vendors selling mdm. but, i cannot find spec anywhere. i don't the OMA DM is the one, but, i cannot find any info regarding this issue.
can anybody help?
