Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 13 (XS) and my series 4 watchOS 6.0, I have not been getting any notifications on my watch. I've tried turning off wrist detection, cover to mute, etc and nothing is working. This is absolutely ridiculous and apple needs to fix this

Try turning Off....then On the various Notifications. If that doesn't do it, reset your Watch by pressing in the crown until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
