Uber authorisation holds

hello

On 14 Sep, apple pay charged £18 for Uber. And this merchant didn't get the money, because it’s authorisation hold.

so I should get refund £18 after 8 days.

However, it’s been over 8 days and I haven’t gotten refund.

I asked Uber and card company Monzo, but they couldn't help me, they asked me to contact to Apple Pay. Because I got charged through ApplePay.


so I want to gey refund for £18 on 14 sep Uber transaction

please contact me as soon as possible
