Does the series 4 watch just not exist anymore?

It was discontinued. Replaced by the series 5.

You may still find some for sale in Apple's refurbished store, or in some other retailers store however.

Apple has stopped selling the Series 4. As mentioned, you may find it in someone inventory, especially an on-line retailer.
