I just tried to create a Shortcut to a webpage I used often within the new iPadOS released yesterday.
When i try to name the shortcut, I get nothing but a Russian keyboard?
Shortcut won’t allow me to change to my native British EN keyboard? Am using a Logitech keyboard for input..

Yes it had been restarted. It is strange how it defaulted to that keyboard as I am British. I have removed all other keyboards from settings and it seems a bit happier to input.
Something wrong with their defaulting though for the shortcut name for input. For sure!
