Saving Full Screen Window Position

Is there a way to save the position of a full screen window. I have 4 desktops and 2 full screen apps - Mail and Safari. I would like Desktop 1, 2, 3, 4 followed by Mail and Safari. I've re-arranged them several times only to find that they re-position themselves randomly after some time.

Open System Preferences> Mission Control and make sure that Automatically rearrange Spaces based on most recent use

is unchecked.
