I forgot my screen time password, what should I do?

Your only option is to erase the phone using find my iPhone or by forcing it into recovery mode and restoring iOS using iTunes.
Do NOT attempt to restore a backup. The restriction settings are contained in the backup.
You must set it up as a new device.
