I can't to add a pay card (mastercard) on the wallet app in my iphone se

all card data entered correctly

I've tried a few cards and still it doesn't work

says: failed to add card. please try again later or contact your card Issuer. I contacted the Bank, they was told that they are doing well and that I would contact the support service wallet app.

And i'm sorry for my broken english)
