How do I allow downloads without having to confirm?

Since updating to this so far almost as annoying as Windows Vista OSX called MOJAVE I've had to CONFIRM every download I initiate from any website instead as prior clicking and just having it download. I've been looking every where to disable this absurd waste of time piece of crap security feature which I can't seem to find any where. HOW DO I TURN IT OFF!

In Safari->Preferences->Websites, select downloads and in the lower corner select

allow. Or, for each site in the list select allow or ask as desired.

Be aware that select allow for all websites open you up for things to download without

your permission.
