cant get subscription refund

i recently downloaded the showtime app and got the 7 day free trial. i deleted the app about a day later and thought i cancelled the subscription which apparently i did not. i just got billed 11 dollars and tried to request a refund but the website is telling me i am not eligible. is there any way for me to get a refund?
