I would like to do the family share with my kids but I am divorced and they kids are set up with their moms account, can I still do the family share?
They can only be in one Family at a time. If your wife has organized a Family, you can't set one up with them. If you mean they are using her ID, you can set a Family up, and invite that ID if your wife will allow them to accept that.
